Corridors Surfaces and Intersections

Good Afternoon, or Good monring I guess whenever you read this, I'm new-ish to Civil 3D and I'm having an issue I can not figure out. I created a proposed profile, then I created the Assemblies I need to generate the corridor and here is kind of where I have the issue. I ran my corridor and stopped it short of the intersection, everything went good. I ran the intersection and I'm not sure but it just came out all kinds of wrong. I've included an image of all the assemblies I used in place and what the corridor looks like after I generate it. You can look and see that the intersection radius do not look correct and there seems to be a gap when I tryed to join the corridor to the intersection.

Any comments or possible solutions would be helpfull
