Corridor Surface Zero points 2007

OK as I am patiently waiting for 2008 to arrive I'm still forced to use 2007, SP 3. Here's the issue, I created a simple corridor, added 3 alignments and varying assemblies. When I go to create a surface from the corridor, or just view it, it creates zero points. Now how do I get rid of them. I've tried going in to the surface it actually created and saying don't build below XXX elevation, that didn't do a thing. Any other thoughts?

Where are they located? (Point being, what is causing the zero elevation
points?)

The only time I've seen zero elevation points in a corridor, they were from
the corridor regions extending beyond the limits of my design profile, hence
those locations all had the assembly placed at 0.

In the interest of full disclosure, I'm not the most savvy corridor person
and don't get too heavily involved with mine.

When you view the corridor i nthe object viewer, does it look correct? If
it is going down to zero elevation then your surface will too.

I'd have to agree with the post above. Check your regions for stationing that is longer than your actual profile station. If your profile goes to station 1901.51 and your region goes to station 1901.515 and your sampling is telling it to sample the end station then you will get a section down at zero. Just move your region station back to 1901.50 and it will eliminate the zero sample.
