Corridor Model - Target Objects Not Found

I am having trouble with Targets not being found on one of our users PC.

I have created a corridor model on my PC and it is finding all the targets absolutely fine (see Image1, notice how there are 6 offset targets for the subassembly "CWAY_TRANS_TIEIN_1")

When i open this same model on another users PC it seems to be missing two of the targets (see Image2, there are now only 4 offset targets)

Could this be to do with the configuration of Civil3D on each of our PC's??

Any help would be much appriciated.

Are you using a custom Subassembly?  It sounds like there are two diff versions installed on the two PCs.
