Copy By Slope

I'm trying to find a paralell function for the 'Copy By Slope' function in LDD. I'm using Civil 3D and designing a Dam at a certain elevation to be above a certain surface. The height of the **** is a fixed amount and I want it to go down by two different slopes on either side of the ****. I tried to 'Stepped Offset' function which seemed to closely resemble it, but I don't want to have to have a fixed offset distance. Are there any other options?

A grading will allow you to specify a slope and a target of a surface, an absolute elevation or a difference in elevation (delta z)
