convert topcon data to fbk format

I use stringer connect , topcon link,trimble link ,and survey link such tools.

But I still can not solve it

I use topcon gts 3000 series survey machine.

I use any tools but not convert topcon data to fbk format.

I attached topcon data in this post.

I also ask topcon company to assist but they said they just sell machine.They don't sell software .
I need help while I use civil 3d .
We users need Autodesk provide a friendly civil 3d,but the company alwayse neglect voice and need.

how we can do ?just say something I need help.

what software does your instrument use? If it's TopSurv, the newest versions will output a FBK file that works just fine.

Or, have you looked into Carlson Connect? It is a free download from Carlsonsw.com

Hi,

I've sent your file to the Stringer Development Team. Normally they process
new files within a few days if they are not otherwise committed.

However, you may find it more satisfactory to read the Topcon manual and
look at the output options - compare those with the ones available to you
with other software and use a commonly supported file format for your data
movement.
