Contours not matching

I was wondering if someone could me help me show my proposed contours match the existing surface.  I orginally tried to daylight (red lines) and the contours would go up to the matching contour then flare back.  I've attached to pic to help illustrate what my problem is...

Proposed Contours- major (blue)    minor (orange)

Existing Contours- hidden line type

Are you trying to hook-in?

When you have problems like this, set your Proposed surface style to show triangles. I'm certain you'll see that the surface extends out past the corridor. A.K.A. You have a surface boundary problem. Add a boundary and all will be well.

I concur with Matt, it's a triangulation issue.

To add, if the surface is purely a corridor surface you can tell C3D to automatically add the extents of the corridor as a boundary for the corridor-surface.
