Contour Labels not anchoring to their elevations

So, I place my contour labels and view them in Navisworks but they're all at elevation 0.

My label style settings  - Layout tab, General section - Anchor Component = <Feature> (other option is Text.1), Anchor Point = Label Location

 

Any ideas how to anchor these labels at their resective elevations so they show up on the surface with the actual contour lines?

Your help is appreciated!
