Contour Background

I got my contours in and labled but how do I get rid of the blue background that is shading the entire contour area?

Can you post a JPEG or PNG shot of your predicament so we can see what's ailing you?

Edit the current surface style, go to the display tab, make sure nothing is enabled that you do not want to see....

Not sure why but I made everything under the display tab visible and then turned off everything but contours and it went away.
