Hi,
I've just installed Autocad Civil 3D 2015 64 bit and my Catalg Library is empty!
Once I type CONTETBROWSER I get this message " Cannot find 'file://html/CatView.htm'.Make sure the path or Internet address is correct."
And then It opens an empty Catalog Library (see picture attached). Is there any way to change the default path of the Catalog Library in Civil 2015? Where is located this missing file?
Thanks
I get exactly the same thing. Perhaps going through the Start Menu and selecting one of the options under Civil 3D 2015 will work.

i'm in the same boat and i'm dead in the water. sorry for the nautical references.
it seems to be set up for pressure pipes although it might work for subassemblies. it seems to be looking for a .sqlite file?
I searched *cadview. in windows. It seems I'm missing entire folder, see below.
Check C:\Program Files\Autodesk.
I don't have "Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015".
even though it is installed.
C3D 2014 has the CatView.htm in the civil 3d 2014 folder.
By missing entire folder for 2015, it shows up as empty?
I still don't know the solution...
