Cogo Points showing up WAY too small

This drawing was created weeks ago....and now all of a sudden one single viewport shows the cogo points extremley small. I've checked the annotation scale and everything else I can think of. Can anyone help? I have another viewport that shows everything at the same scale and it's working fine.

What is your point style marker size set to? absolute, drawing units, or drawing scale?
What is you model scale set to? What is your viewport scale set to?

In addition to what "petrocat" said, the annotation scale by itself has
nothing to do with the Civil 3D labels. It is your viewport scale.

Ok. Well either way I checked it all.....everything is the exact same as my other viewports and nothing was wrong with them. I've done a fix anyways and just recreated the viewport. I've never had this happen to me before but I know that another colleague constantly has it happen to him and he's the one that was working on the drawing at this time......so I'm think it's something he might have changed that I couldn't figure out.

Thanks anyways.

What are your marker size settings? (use drawing, fixed, absolute?)

Try right-clicking on the layout tab and going to Page set-up manager and double checking that your units are set to the right ones.

I had the exact same issue.  Took me forever to figure out, but here's what worked for me:

- in page set-up manager, modify your current layout.

- adjust your plot scale 1:1000 (1mm = 1 unit) assuming your working in metric as I am (mine was set 1:25.4 from a previous imperial unit set-up)

Check the hierarchy of your point groups and see if there is an odd group in there.   Yet another reason why I dislike Point group display control.
