Clear offsets in assembly

Good Morning all.

Just curious. Everytime we copy a existing assembly in a drawing in creates
offsets in the sub-assemblies.

So we have to pick each sub-assembly and clear all the offsets.

Any suggestions.

Thanks.

I think everyone has the same issue with 2008 and we haven't found any workarounds other than clearing the offset of each subassembly. Hopefully it will be fixed in SP1.

The other workaround for copying within the drawing is to copy with no displacement. Then use a move command to move the new sub-assembly. We are aware of the issue.
Thanks

This seems to happen when I update a VBA assembly to .NET also.

I get both of those and a few others ... Dana the one that you link to does it also do it to the standard sub-assemblies within 08 that are already .NET? I'm getting it to the stock 08 sub's and can't figure out why.
