Civil Visualization Extension (former Dynamite VSP) is now Live on the Subscription Center

Just a quick note to encourage you to download the Civil Visualization
Extension at the Subscription Center (http://www.autodesk.com/subscription)

If you're already a 3ds Max Design Subscription customer, log in to the
Subscription Center and try the Civil Visualization Extension.

If you are an AutoCAD Civil 3D Subscription customer, but do not own 3ds Max
Design, log into the Subscription Center and get your Civil Visualization
Extension. Then, download a 30-day 3ds Max Design 2011 trial

Note that the extensions will work with both 2010 and 2011 versions of Civil
3D and 3ds Max Design.

Were is the best place to get trained using Dynamtie VSP??  I can't find any books, no Vers have been trained, and we are trying to use it on a project?
