An inconsistent problem with releases from 2008 on to 2011. Manhole Rim elevations do not match up to surface on certain drawings. Settings are set correctly to match Rim True etc. Changing styles to use a different block in plan or profile changes nothing. No rules seem to be in control. The amount that the rim is off from surface is random as you check from structure to structure. In some dwgs matches perfectly.
