civil 3d profile view problem

hello I need help, I have a profile and there is gap how can I fill this gap??

and there is no tick how can i add tick there and if you can see there is gap too please halp me how can i solve this problem.

For the quickest possible answer it would probably help to post your dwg file. For the ticks, is the style set to display them?

Well let's solve the gap issue first:

 

What you need to do is a negative offset for the band in the profile band tab.

Next the Tick is actually the Major Grid Line.  Just turn it on and away you go.

That's your padding. for your profile grid.  The whole thing reads to that and bands are set to match the edges of the grid.  There is not a way I know of to change that, but you can change your profile grid to have no padding.
