Civil 3d land desktop companion layer problem

Every time I try to open the layer box I get this fatal error message...unhandled e0627363h exception at 7514b727h.

Any ideas?  I really don't want to reinstall the program.

Hi dmorrow-

This issue sounds vaguely familiar to me... do you have all available updates installed?

Also does this same issue occur when someone else logs onto your machine?

I just installed an update and that fixed the problem.
