Civil 3d download connection error

I am trying to download AutoCAD and keep getting a connection error message before anything downloads.  The autodesk download manager has already been downloaded and installed but i cannot get Civil 3d to download. My internet connection is fine and i have reloaded the webpage multiple times and tried to re download but am still receiving the same error.

Have you tried a regular browser download, bypassing the DL manager?

You can access most current + previous supported version Browser Download links (including the Product Design Suites) through Matt, our Virtual Assistant.

From Matt: Download and Installation -> Software Download Links -> I need to redownload my product
