Civil 3D 2015 - Delete Material Fatal Error

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this in 2015:

If you have materials created for a sample line group, within the Compute Materials dialog box, right click and delete a material and you get a fatal error.

Can delete materials through toolbox without issue.

I was unable to reproduce that on my machine using Sectios-Project-Objects.dwg tutorial drawing. Creating materials and removing both of them worked without any issues. I would try with different files and if you get the same issue then it may be a bad install.
