Civil 3D 2014 Typed Commands "unknown"

I just did a deployment install of Civil 3D 2014 on a users PC. None of the basic typed commands work (L, PL, M) they all respond "unknown Command" His Ribbon and toolbar commands work fine. This is isolated to one machine. Other machines are operating properly.

Do entire key in command names such as MOVE work?

Is it only the command Aliases which use the Acad.pgp which don't work?

If yes, then enter (findfile "Acad.pgp") at command line.

Is the Acad.pgp found?

If not, there may be missing files/paths or file folder locations missing in Options > Files Tab > Support files search path.

Check in the User Support folder for a file called acad.pgp. This is how most users control keyboard macros.

Those that you list are not actually commands. They are shortcuts you can setup to make it faster to type the commands. The command is Move, the macro is M. This is controlled by acad.pgp. It can also be controlled by building commands using AutoLISP or a .NET language, but the vast majority of users just use the acad.pgp file.

On a default install, this file is in C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\C3D 2015\enu\Support.

Is it there? Does it have contents?

Is that folder listed in the Support file search path?
