Civil 3D 2014 Error when closing

We have recently upgraded to Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 with Vault Professional.  All upgrades were made as a clean install on fresh hard drives, Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit, 24.0 GB Ram.    When exiting Civil 3D, the program will close but will then throw an error that states: A software prolbem has caused AutoDesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 - English to close unexpectedly. 

 

Thank you for any advice.

I basically have the same problem with IDSP 2014.  Not every time but occasionally.  Seems to cause no problem.

Should you have the option to send us a CER (customer error report), please do so.

A possible situation where it may happen is if you start Civil 3D 2014 from a desktop shortcut that try to load a new profile with the /p option (that does not yet exist), Software may crash after you exit, but without consequence. 
This is on our radar...
