CIVIL 3D 2013 - View problem between model space and paper space

Recently switched from 2012 to 2013.  Previously when switching from model space to paper and back to model the view in model space would return to the same view you left off at.

Now when I switch from model to paper and back to model the model space view has moved to a completely differently location or zoomed out.  Please help.

Set UCSFollow to 0. If you have more than one viewport do so in all of them.
