No detailed information about what has been fixed.....but bizarrely stability improvements under Win 8 which is, as we all know by now, an unsupported OS
"...As a result of detailed information from customers who used the Customer Error Reporting Utility, a number of problems were identified and fixed. These fixes include stability improvements under Windows 8 and updates to how Vault manages circular references..."

Hi Neil – Thanks for messaging the availability of this Hotfix. You are correct – the big driver for this hotfix was to address Windows 8 stability issues.
Here’s a summary of what Civil 3D 2013 Hotfix 3 targets...
1. Windows 8 update - We’ve resolved crash issues that are specific to Windows 8. Those of you who are using Win8 OS should apply Hotfix 3 to your AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 sooner than later.
2. Changes to the Sight Distance Analysis utility to better meet common customer requirements. Specifically, the command now tracks distance along the selected alignment and better handling and reporting of obstructions.
3. Vault support to retain “Used / Where Used” information when re-checking in a host drawing with linked xref.
As with other hotfixes, these changes will be rolled up into any future service packs.
Thanks
AutoCAD Civil 3D Product Team
Can you tell me if Autodesk's Hotfixes also inclucde updates issued since the previous hotfix or SP? Are the "Scale List Cleanup Utility" and "Regapp ID Cleanup Utiility" included in this HF since they were released after then HF-2?
