Civil 3D 2013 Export to AutoCAD - Feature Lines at 0 Elevation

In Civil 3D 2013, when the Export to AutoCAD command is run all of the feature lines are reduced to elevation 0'.

I have no idea why, this has worked in previous versions, so what is different with 2013? Am I missing something, a setting or something?

Any help would be appriciated....
