Citrix Environment

Anyone running Civil 3D in a Citrix envrionment, particularly in a colocation? I have yet to see it with my own eyes. We would be looking at using Civil 3D 2014 on this platform.

We are thinking seriously of moving in this direction - and have guarantees it will work - but I think even so it is too big ($) of a project not to see it working and Citrix has only shown me Design Review which really means little to me.

I would try to follow up with your reseller.   This is a good one for "Citrix" info:

We have been talking to the reseller, a technolgy consulting company and Citrix reps.

I am more interested in the end user experience: performance, the good/bad aspects, and also printing of large jobs for agency submittals, etc. Basically a compare/contrast with the traditional workplace.

Hi

I went to a talk at AU last year on rolling out Civil3d at MassDot?and they were doing it I think maybe check out the paper. The speaker seem to have covered alot of what you are researching.
