I have an existing pipe network, and I need to reference it to a another surface. Is there a quick way of doing it instead of click on each part individually and changing the surface?
Thank You

It worked! Thank you.
Now I need to change to surface in the profile view, any methods to do that?
do another surface profile, grip the profile view>> profile view properties>> profile tab>> clear the check box of the one you dont want.
there is another way that could have saved you a lot of trouble: in the original surface>> surface properties>> deinition tab>> highlight all the definitions>> right click remove, choose mark out of date. Now paste the new surface into the old >> rebuild.
this way you wouldn't have had to do anything else. Sorry I didn't read between the lines.
Lesson: in civil3d modify objects instead of deleting and making new, when you can

This solution is quite cumbersome for a pipe network with alot of structures. is there any way to change all structures at once? seems like the solution only allows you to change one structure at a time.
Just select all the structures in the Panorama(Shift scroll to bottom pick) first then right click the heading.
Same for reference alignment if desired
