Change alignment associated with a label

Not so easy...it CAN be done, but you must have
planned for this before you ever created those labels.

My article on Civil3d.com explains how to do it
with a surface, but the same technique can be used with an
alignment.

With the improvements that have been made since this question originally posted, is it now possible to change the alignment associated with an "alignment station offset label?"
