Cant get Point labels to show up. Here is my DWG

I cannot get the point labels (Point #, Elevation and description) to show up beside my point markers.  Looks like those labels are set to "true" I have not clue what else to try.  Got to get my drawing to engineer in next day and he needs to see the shots.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have attached my dwg that I have already inserted the points to.  Kind of new to importing points to CIVIL 3D I have been pulling topo from contour lines in the past.

I can email you my ASCI file if needed. It wont let me attach it here

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

The points are all in the _All Points point group. Since the individual points do not have a style or label style assigned to them, their display is dependent on the Point Group. This group has a point style assigned, but the Point Label Style is set to <none>. Change this to Standard (since that is the only one avaiolable, or make a new one that looks how you really want it to) and the point data will appear.

That worked.  I knew it was something crazy.  Thanks a bunch!  Just finished touching up my drawing and sending it to the engineer now.

Thank you!!!

It looks like you have a half dozen styles to choose from. Select the one that will display what you want or create your own. If you have more than one point group. Make sure it's at the top of the properties list.

Any points that don't have styles specifically assigned to them take on the styles of the FIRST POINT GROUP of which they are a member.

One point can be in one or more point groups.  The All Points Point Group does exactly as it sounds -- includes ALL POINTS.  But based on the values listed on the tabs highlighted by the red line in the following image, the points can also be included in other point groups too.  What AllenJessup is eluding to is that of all the point groups to which a point belongs, the highest one in the list is the one that will control the display if the point isn't set to a specific style.

So that's how to tell C3D which style to use and you can create/delete/modify these styles as desired.  Which means that setting it to "standard" for one person might produce completely different results for someone else.  The OP was told to use Standard because in HIS SITUATION, standard was the only style available and that style was set to display the points.

The styles themselves can be modified to turn different components on or off, change the colors, weights, layers, fonts etc etc.

I do not see where to change it to standard.  Can you give more detail?
