CANNOT INSERT LANDXML

 Last week I could import xml files just fine. Now when I go to import a xml I get

"_AeccLandXMLIn Unknown command "AECCLANDXMLIN".  Press F1 for help."

Has anyone encountered this and came up with a fix?

What happens if you switch to a Default or another Civil 3d profile?

If a restart etc. doesn't change anything you could try resetting the User Settings but please be aware when doing this it resets workspace etc. to default and any interface customization is lost.

I have one better I reinstalled C3d.

Even the export command , _AeccLandXMLOut, comes back with Unknown command "AECCLANDXMLOUT"

Hmm, both of those commands work here using 2012 SP3.

My cuix was c3d

After I did a complete uninstall => reinstall and update to SP4 my command was back.

I wonder if the command just wasn't loading at the software's initialization and there could have been a way to side load the command?

Regardless it is working now.
