Cannot get program to run

Win 7 64 bit PC

Disabled AV

I have installed the 64 bit version

Whenever I try to run it the acad.exe hangs around for about 5 seconds then dissapears.

Eventlog shows error:

I have tried running a repair and a reinstall but this does not help. I also get the error 'adui19res.dll not found' when running a reinstall or repair.

Can anyone help me with this? I have sunk a lot of hours into it and I can only think to rebuild the PC.
