Canada/Ontario Kit for 2014

There's a kit here for 2010...

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-civil-3d/downloads/caas/downloads/content/civil-3d-201...

Is there any way to get this content into 2014?

Under the the 2014 kits there's only TAC standards.

I recently saw a tweet for 2015 that has updated standards. Probably doesn't help you though. Did you have troubles incorporating the xml? I'm not aware if there were any changes or not to design standards from 2010 to 2014.

I briefly looked at this, the attached PDF summarizes what I found.

Yeah, I'm mainly after the dwt and pipes catalog but the download only provides an .exe that works with 2010. The xml of the design standards can be created manually fairly easily.

I've extracted the various files from CAB files, divided into 3 ZIP files because of size limits on this forum.

The method I used for extraction is as follows:

  1. Download Canada/Ontario Kit for 2014 EXE file from Autodesk site linked above
  2. Run EXE file, stop at first prompt (usually request for admin permission to install)
  3. Type %TEMP% into Windows Explorer browser bar to go to Temp folder
  4. Locate most recent folder created, should contain setup.exe
  5. Locate cpsa\Content\cp_C3D_CONTENT_CAON subfolder
  6. Copy 5 CAB files to another location
  7. Use WinRAR or other program to extract content pack files from the CAB files
