Can't Open up any of my Sheet Sets in SSM

I recently upgraded from Civil 3D 2007 to Civil 3D 2011.  My sheet set was created in 2007 and has been working fine until yesterday when our IT guy decided to reinstall Civil 3D 2007 so that I could continue to use my 2007 Raster Design.  Since then, I can't open any of my sheetsets which are 50 sheets or more and include field links in most of the sheets.

Is this by any chance something that you’ve run into before?  Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

I haven't run into this but my first idea would be to do a repair to C3D 2011.
