Calculate quantities between 2 alignment chainages

I’ve designed a road using an alignment & corridor.   I’ve also created a surface from the corridor and obtained an overall cut/fill quantity.  Is there a simple way to calculate quantities between 2 alignment chainages? 

I need to calculate the cut/fill quantities every 300 feet.

I would think you will have to go the cross section route.

If you already have a TIN Volume Surface, you can create a polyline around that surface and calculate bounded volumes.  Of course, you'd have to draw the polyline accordingly between the desired stations.
