This is the drawing tab app I use, seems to not cause as many issues as Autodesk's own...

My firm has started running into this issue as we are moving to 2013 from 2011.  Here's the testing case I have so far:

  • Machine only has AutoCAD 2011 with no other autodesk applications or utiltiies/plug ins.
  • Files giving the empty dialog on exit all contain Civil3D objects.
  • Files function fine in AutoCAD 2011 before AutoCAD 2013 was installed
  • Immediately after AutoCAD 2013 is installed on the machine the dialog shows up for said files.
  • Removal of 2013 doesn't fix the issue.
  • Removing and reinstalling 2011 does fix the issue.

This is not an exhaustive case and I have not been able to try files with objects from other verticals.  End users are very unhappy with this issue, especially for batch processes.

I've watched this for a while, and get the messages too, but now am getting close to moving to 2012 or 13.

Peter or anyone from Autodesk, are you guys any closer to solving this?

I know that means getting a situation that replicates the issue. Can you reliably replicate the issue on your end?

thanks
