C3D X-Sec Labels

I need some help on adding a finished ground label to the crown on my cross sections. See attached picture. Will this type of label be under "label styles" or "band styles"? The line wouldn't have to have the arrow on the end, although ("that is the way we have always done it") (I work for a local government).

Look up code set styles, specifically labeling. It will allow you to create
the label you are interested in. If you search the NG you will find a dwg
example a posted a few months ago.
