C3D Prospector Tab - object status icons

A coworker asked me what the pencil icon with a red circle slash over in a list of point numbers meant. Please see the attached image. I am certain there is a collection of all the Civil 3D object status icons and their definitions somewhere in the help files but I can't seem to find it. If there is such a document, can someone please direct me to it?
