Our office has mutiple CAD users. Some on Civil 3D and some on vanilla AutoCAD. To keep things standard we have put things like linetypes, pen tables, etc on the network and directed all the CAD installations there. One user is having trouble with messages about "An executable file was found outside of the specified trusted locations". We have tried adding the Z drive (the network drive where all the standardization files are saved) to the trusted locations of the option dialog, but the problem persists. We have also tried the security settings suggested in
I'm not sure what the significance of the messages is or how to make them go away. It seems odd that only one person in our office is having the problem. I've attached a file with screen captures of the messages that pop up.
Any suggestions or thoughts are greatly appreciated,
Renee
