C3D 2014 vs Civil 3D 2013 LOVE or HATE

 I have read the post from this 3/6/14 AM about the underwhelming of Civil 3D 2014, but would like some bullet points as to the "bad" about 2014.

Need to take known issues to management of 2014 not being what we need to upgrade to.

What i've found so far is:

2014 grading completely messes up  2013 being able to open/edit any grading from then on.

2014 pressure pipes

2014 profile labels on pipe networks are not correctly located in profile view (while editing in 2014), but the labels show correctly when opened in 2013.

These three alone should be reason NOT to have our CAD Dept upgrade to 2014, but would like more bullets when going to war on this.

Again - keep it straight and to the point. Don't need this turning into a "I HATE Adesk" or "I HATE Subscription fees". We are all in the boat and all have an oar to keep the boat gonig forward, or simply pull the plug and call Mike B.

For us, the pipe network dref update issue in 2014 is a show stopper.
