I have attached 2 screen shots of C3D 2012. One shows the ribbon (file-C3D Ribbona, red box) with a text description beside the commands. The other shows the ribbon (file-C3D Ribbonb, red box) with no text description beside the commands. How do I turn the text description on (in the ribbon) for file-C3D Ribbonb??
It does that based on your screen size, if you screen is to small to display both icon and text, it removes the text. Referring to your first image, if you don't have C3D maxmized to fit screen you can mess around with the width of C3D and see how it adjusts the text and icons. See images
