C3D 2011 sheet set manager very slow

Recently (In the past 6 months) I have noticed that Sheet Set Manager is very slow when trying to do anything.  It takes at least 45 seconds for a box to appear when right clicking on SSM to publish or change properties.  Every user in our office has the same problem.  I am not sure if this is a network problem or if it is a problem with C3D ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't need to see the details or preview, change the SSM tooltip style to Name.

All sheet sets, including a new empty one?

Check the size of the .DST file(s) in question. What size?

Right-click in the SSM panel (not on any text) to set the Tooltip style.

Mine is incredibly slow renaming and renumbering.

I've tried these suggestions as well as deleting the recent files MRU in the profile (.aws).

The dst file size is only 700kb.

Nothing seems to help.

Any other suggestions?

Try checking the properties of the SSM.  If there are any references to files that don't exist, such as the Label block for views or Callout blocks, then it will slow things down, as it continuously tries to find these items.

Thanks, I've tried jimmi's suggestions with no luck.

I'm assuming it a network speed issue as everything has been terribly slow lately.
