Bug. Civil 3D 2013 SP2. Profile from file

I've created a profile from file in a new drawing and then I edited the imported profile adding and deleting vertices. In Profile Grid View window, Civil 3D showed duplicates PVI stations and elevations in every edited PVI.

Thank you. I was able to see the issue and to replicate it with new file so I will now notify development about it.
