I need sanitary zone around pipes network, such as buffer.

I can do it with lisp code, but maybe civil3d have this function?

Yes, partly.  3d has the offset alignment function.

You said you alignments along the pipe centerline.  Home tab - Alignment, 2nd from the bottom - Offset Alignment.

Create 2 alignments with left (negative) and right (Positive) off set distances.

As you move the main alignment, these will follow.

I think you can have the alignments in sitesand draw parcel segments on the end to create full easements.

I only had one project about 5 years ago that I was starting to try out this function.

Thanks, but that you think, about this zone's segment?

Map has tools to create buffers but it won't work with C3D objects such as alignments or pipes. If you convert your C3D objects to plain graphics then you can use the buffer tools.

That would be offset alignments at the buffer width
