I started having a problem plotting to an HP Design Jet 1055CM with 2008. Everything on the sheet plots OK, except for image files (USGS Topo Maps, Aerial Photo, etc), they come out blurred.
If you plot to a DWF or PDF then to the plotter, are they also blurred? This will help determine if it is Civil 3D causing the problem or your plotter driver/plotter.
How are you attaching the images? If you are using the Data Connect and
"attaching" then it's a know bug, using the Map image attach should work.

The world is not FLAT so why is your GIS data?

Yes, If I plot the image from Microsoft Document Imaging ArcMap 9.1 or
Adobe, they all come out clean. They only blurr when plotting from AutoCAD.
I've attached them using standard image insert, Map Image Insert and Data Connect raster connect in AutoCad, I've tried all three in Civil 3D and Raster Design, same problem. Only the image blurrs everthing else (lines, circle, etc) come out clear.
