Blundered woth offset alignment

Aiy Yai Yai

I made some alignments and offsets, DS them, created profiles and corridor with the offset ,and then made a crucial mistake. I changed one on the offset alignments to a centerline type. It still is in the files it had be previously DS into but now I can no longer reference it in other files.

can it be fixed? I checked the DS editor, but quite frankly I don't see what the heck that thing does other than list the DS's

  1. Close any file containing a reference to the alignment.
  2. Delete the DS.
  3. Go to the source dwg file.
  4. Create a NEW DS.
  5. Open the file which contained a reference to the original DS.  It should complain about a broken reference and ask you to repair it.  You can point to the newly created DS.
