Block Rename

Is there a way to rename a block that will automatically update all of the blocks in the drawing w/o having to re-insert the block? I need to change my block names but I don't want to have to re-do my entire drawing. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!

FYI. There is also a replace feature that will allow you to replace all "block a" with "block b"

How do you use the replace command? I typed replace in the command line but it was unknown.

The command is: blockreplace

yeah. sorry. Or you can go to express pulldown, blocks, replace block with another block.
