block attribute rotation

I have a drawing from a consultant where they have done a custom rotation on the block attributes so that they don't match the rotation of the block.  Is there any way that I can get the rotation of the attributes to match the rotation of the block without doing each one individually?

try attsync, or annoreset

Thanks!  ATTSYNC would have worked if the block had been created with attributes.  I just discovered that the text is not an attribute

Have you tried to BEDIT the block?

The last time check, block can not be "plan readability".  C3D 2009

Your options are to explode the block and change the text.

or

block edit, and change the text to an attribute, so it can auto-rotate.

You can set the default text to the existing text.
