bearing leading zeros

Any clue how to get the leading zeros to appear in the degrees portion of the bearing-distance label (i began with the extended template style)??

I cant figure this one out yet. I thought i remember someone asking about it previously?? Not a huge deal, just a preference of mine.

Thanks all,

Clem
