Background Masks

I have been noticing that background masks on standard mtext does not appear to mask civil3d surfaces. I have not checked other civil3d objects yet. The background masks for actual civil3d labels appears to be working fine though.

I've found that with Mtext with a mask as well as some label objects with masks, you will need to adjust the Draworder to bring the Mtext/Label object to the front or sometimes, the C3D object to the back OR sometimes change the order so that the Mtext/Label is in Front of the C3D object.

Try the command "texttofront".
