Autoturn Integration

I have Civil 3d 2013 and Autoturn install and want to place the Autoturn menu/command on the menu bar in Civil 3d.  Does anyone know the process to do that?

Thanks

Use CUI command. Transfer tab to open the CUI file from Auto turn. Right click and Load file as partial.

Back to the customize tab, click a workspace and press customize workspace. Expand the newly added Autoturn CUI and turn on menus you want loaded. Press Done. Press OK.

I tried this to get Raster Design (and a few other things) on my default workspace.

I saved the new workspace and they worked just fine but on restarting Civil they had disappeared - any clue as to why this happens?

Is the Raster Design CUIx loaded?
