Automatic Stationing Labels

We are in the market of switching software programs (from JDS Alignment-a database driven program) for stationing alignment centerlines for pipelines. We currently run Civil 3D 2009 and Map 09. Carlson claims that their software can do this, but we'd rather not spend the extra money if we already have the functionality built into our existing programs.
We are looking for a program (or a function in Civil 3D 2009 and Map 09-similar to the Fieldbook functionality) that labels interference crossings, appurtenances and other pipeline, utlility and topographical features based on a shot code. I attached a DWG. that shows how we want it to look, and the types of features we want stationed. If anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

I can't seem to find much information for JDS Align, Google just returns a lot of LinkedIn and job postings.

I think I have most of the code already written to create the output required. Could you provide some more information on what features you would need to create the plan sheets you need created?
