Re: Automatic Save is not creating Temp files

In my expirience the .bak files get saved to the same place as the .dwg

Is there a setting to change this?

In options "Save backup copy with save" will save bak file to same directory as the originating file.

The autosave and Incremental save will save sv$ and bak files. Set incremental save as 90. This will in effect perform a full save every x minutes otherwise it will be a partial save.

The above will create and use a lot of space in the temp directory so will need deleting periodically.

Something going wrong with my posts.

I still get .BAK files with the drawing files. The .BAK of the .SV$ files seems to be an artifact of my denying the System the right to delete files in my dedicated folder. The MoveBak command will change the folder for the regular .BAK files.
