Autolayout data disabled

I am trying to create a rectangular pipe.

 

I am done with creating geometry. I want to give a placement point but autolayout data is disabled. Please have look at the attached screenshot. 

 

How to enabel Autolayout data plz help anyone.

I'm not sure how to get this information to display either however as a fix I suggest you abandon that one and start a new part from a otb part containing the small circle (which is the auto layout data). That's what I do.

I would be interested to know if anyone else can shed any light on this.

I've been able to trick the Autolayout Data to appear by saving the part and closing part builder.  Then re-opening the part in part builder.
